First week of school! We are lucky- well Andrew is lucky and has a great teacher. His assistant teacher is the same as last year. Here he is with his teacher (Mrs. McCracken) and cheesy smile. Ugh. He has also sort of figured out how to use the timer on the camera. Thus, one of many self portraits. He takes a lot of interesting pictures. Maybe soon we will post a few of them here. It would make his day!
Audrey decided to use the computer this week and now we can't get her off of it. A blessing in some ways, and a pain in the you know where in others.

Just a few pictures...school starts this week and we are all getting ready for more routine in our days. Baseball is scheduled to begin soon, and karate is in our future too. Audrey's thing lately is being little red riding hood. It's the book she picks out every night. She is the actress in our family, for sure.

More photos from our trip....from an impromptu party at my sisters house to a pool party at my brother Andy's house.....Grandma and Grandpa Stevens and Grandma Lucy with Donna, Jack, Elizabeth and Gregory. Morgan and "Taco Bob"(aka Justin) her sweetie - Andy and his new "puppy". We had a really nice time.

Here are a few photos of the kids from the last couple of months...Now we are getting ready for school and fall baseball to begin. Where did summer go? We had a very nice trip to visit family this summer, followed by a not-so-nice stop in Gatlinburg(the only pics we took there were of all the defective and disgusting things in our hotel room so we could send them to corporate). Gatlinburg was a little too cheesy and crowded for us and it is always great to be home!






Andrew loves to play golf, and Jerry took this at Pine Knolls, the local course. He can't wait for all of us to play together, but Audrey isn't quite interested. She is into being a princess, Barbie, her "babies" and Dora the Explorer. She does like to wack a baseball and soccer is up there too, but golf? Time will tell!
